Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here's how we handle refunds and cancellations so it's fair for families and sustainable for the program.

Free intro class

The free intro class is, well, free. Cancel any time — just let us know so we can give your spot to another family.

Founding Cohort and paid programs

Before the first class: Full refund, no questions asked.

Within the first week: Pro-rated refund for the remaining weeks of the cohort.

After the first week: Refunds are not generally available, because cohort spots are limited and instructor time has been committed. We may make exceptions for medical or family emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Private coaching

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billable.

If we cancel

If Manitoba Learn cancels a class or program, we will reschedule it. If a reschedule isn't possible, we will refund the affected sessions in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@manitobalearn.com with your name and the program. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
