Parent / Guardian Consent Policy
Because most of our students are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enroll them and confirm a few things on their behalf.

Who must enroll
A parent or legal guardian (18+) must complete enrollment for any student under the age of 18 and provide an active email and phone number that we can reach in case of an issue during class.
What you are consenting to
By enrolling, the parent or guardian confirms that:
- They have read the Safety & Trust overview, the AI Ethics policy, and the Student Conduct policy.
- The student may attend live online classes hosted by Manitoba Learn.
- The student may use the AI tools introduced in class for educational purposes during the program.
- The student may collaborate with other cohort members during supervised activities.
What we will always do
Notify you of any safeguarding concern, give you a way to reach the founder directly, and never use your child's image or work publicly without separate written permission (see Media Release).
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@manitobalearn.com. Refunds will be handled per the Refund Policy.
