Media Release & Recording Consent
Sometimes we record classes for students who missed them, and sometimes we want to celebrate a great student project publicly. Both require your permission.

Recorded class sessions
We may record portions of live classes so enrolled students can review the lesson later. Recordings are shared only inside the cohort and deleted at the end of the term unless we explicitly ask for permission to keep them longer.
Student projects on our website
If a student builds a project we'd love to feature on our showcase page or social channels, we will ask the parent or guardian for written permission first. You can say no, and you can revoke permission later by emailing us.
Cameras and microphones
We encourage cameras on during class so the cohort can connect, but it is never required. Students may participate by audio or chat alone.
What we will not do
We will never:
- Use a student's image or voice in paid advertising without explicit signed permission.
- Identify a minor by full name on any public channel.
- Share recordings outside of enrolled families.
