Acceptable Use Policy
The ground rules for using Manitoba Learn classrooms, tools, and accounts.
Version v1.0 · Last updated May 2026
Use accounts as intended
Each account belongs to one student or one parent. Don't share login details. Don't impersonate someone else. Don't try to access another person's account.
Be a good citizen of the classroom
Classes are a shared space. Show up on time, follow the instructor's lead, keep distractions to a minimum, and let other students have their turn.
Use the tools we teach for good
The AI tools we use are powerful. Don't use them to generate content that is sexual, violent, hateful, dishonest, or designed to harm a real person. Doing so is grounds for removal from the program.
No reverse-engineering or scraping
Don't probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass the security of our website or any tool we provide access to during class.
Consequences
If a student breaks these rules, we'll talk to them — and to their parent or guardian — first. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the cohort.
